July 2017:
Do you love swirls?  In the Public Formula section, go to gfp.ufm and scroll down to the Gpm-c03-01.  Select that.  Do anything you want to it with coloring formulas, mapping formulas, layers, masks, whatever you will, to produce a final fractal with one or more beautiful swirls.
August 2017:
The Public Fractal fwp.ufm contains four fractals with the word “Galore”.  The English word “galore” means “abundant”, “plentiful”.  
Pick one of these four and go into the “Formula” section of the one you picked, and change all, many, or some of the five functions and eight parameters. Then use your creativity with that result, either by doing this same thing on several layers, or by combining the result with other coloring and/or mapping formulas, to come up with a fractal that has eye appeal galore!
