Description

In 1908 Picasso painted a variation on his highly controversial "Les Demoiselles d'Avignon", his first Cubist piece.  That variation is found here:  www.leninimports.com/pablo_pic…
(scroll down to the middle of the page).  Of course my fractal doesn't replicate this painting, but I hope it conveys something of the Cubist approach of trying to render in 2-D a 3-D form by fracturing the image into planes.  I also hope it captures the curvaceousness of the ladies, and the spirit of movement.

Anyone who wants to try for a Cubist fractal but doesn't know where to start, here are a few tips:
1:   Go online to find a Picasso or Juan Gris painting you like, so long as it is in the Cubist style. Save the URL.
2:   Go to the Standard Gradients and pick one and in options, make that your gradient.  Then go to New and Gradient, and open it.  Change the colors to match the colors in the painting you picked.  Make a new gradient and save it.  Simply making and saving it does NOT make it your working gradient.  When it is saved, then select it in Options.
3:   Open to a new fractal.  Choose any of the CARR starter fractals, and go from there.

I made this fractal using the Ultra Fractal Program.  This is entry #1 for the January 2015 Cubist Comeback Challenge found here:
